What if every day felt like Sunday?
Sunday Club is an invitation to carry the best parts of Sunday into everyday life. We're a community of believers learning to slow down, breathe deeply, and live with more intention—guided by faith.
Every week, we show up in your inbox with The Sunday Seven—a weekly newsletter built around seven simple touchpoints to help you rest, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Issue #1 drops 7/5—along with a 4-week devotional and some fun surprises!
We named it Sunday Club because we believe there is something sacred about Sundays.
Not because of the day itself, but because of what it represents.
Sunday is often the day we finally slow down. The day we gather. The day we worship. The day we rest. The day we remember who we are and what matters most.
At its heart, Sunday points us toward Sabbath—a rhythm God designed not as a burden, but as a gift.
A gift of rest in a culture of striving.
A gift of presence in a world of distraction.
A gift of community in an age of loneliness.
A gift of delight in a season where so many people feel exhausted.
Sunday Club exists because we believe those gifts were never meant to be experienced just one day a week.
We want to build lives marked by Sabbath rhythms—friendship, reflection, celebration, hospitality, beauty, and connection with God.
In many ways, Sunday Club is simply an invitation to carry the best parts of Sunday into the rest of your life.
We follow these rhythms
Return
"Martha, Martha," the Lord answered, "you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one." — Luke 10:41–42
This feels like the heartbeat of Sunday Club. In a world constantly pulling for our attention, we're choosing to return to Jesus again and again.
Reflect
"Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts."
— Psalm 139:23–24
Reflection isn't about self-improvement. It's about inviting God into the places we often rush past.
Rest
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
— Matthew 11:28–29
Rest is one of the most countercultural practices we can embrace today.
Remain
"Remain in me, as I also remain in you."
— John 15:4-5
Sunday Club isn't about a once-a-week reset. It's about abiding daily.
Gather
"Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together..."
— Hebrews 10:24-25
Community doesn't happen accidentally. It requires intention.
Serve
"Serve one another humbly in love."
— Galatians 5:13
As we grow closer to God, we become more available to the people around us.
Hope
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
— Matthew 11:28–29
Rest is one of the most countercultural practices we can embrace today.
